      You run your own desk as if it's your own company. You get support from management team and coworkers. You are higlhy appraised for each of your successes. You strenghten your weaknesess and develop new strenghts.

      Highly competetive environment and not for the faint-hearted. Training programs is not fully developed. Must be able to deal with egotistic individuals both internally and externally.

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
