The health insurance premium is lower than industry standard but that is bound to change.

Minpunten

Additech used to be a decent company. Upper level management changed and managers caused major moral issues company-wide. Poor management resulted in lost revenue and lost customers. Low revenue caused them to layoff half of their workforce. Customer service now in the Philippines. Remaining workforce is seeking other employment. It does not look promising.

Additech is a company with a lot of ambition for growth. Its a company where the team wants high performance and people are incredibly open to new ideas. There have been management shifts that appear to be bringing the company forward in a highly positive direction and staging the business for solid growth into the future.

Minpunten

Much like many startups or in this case a restart, you have to be scrappy in your position and make the most out the resources that you have to work with. This is a good environment for someone ambitious, and hard working that wants to make a positive change in a company, but maybe not the best place for someone who is looking to coast by on a 9-5 to get a paycheck.
