Pluspunten

Company seems to be profitable and successful with business areas in Europe and US. It is a growing company, and as it develops, positive changes are also coming in. Local mgmt. feels stronger than before. New GMs are there and also HR head is appointed, which is a big improvement. Lot of employees have joined this year. I think all centers are almost full capacity. Site operations needs to focus and also develop accordingly. As someone pointed out - good change regarding leave policy - 30 days is very nice, indeed! Also move to paysquare is better than manual system which was earlier.

Minpunten

Leave lapse policy is tightened compared to before. Bangalore office has grown and need more space in a better building.

1. Limited Employee Engagement activities. 2. Employees working from home and don't come to office. so less people to interact at office :)
