This job causes a huge strain on your mental and physical health. Consider being patient and waiting for another job opportunity as it is not worth working here. The hours are ridiculous and are often blamed on the 'busy time of year' (which seemed to be all year round). Employees are made to feel that struggling to keep up with the extremely heavy workload and unrealistic timelines is their own fault and that they are not working hard enough, despite regularly working 10+ hour days. No training is given, even though employees are expected to produce high-quality work in very little time, with minimal experience. The workload given to employees do not allow for basic needs such as going for doctors appointments, receiving vaccines. Any overtime worked is not given in lieu, and rarely even slightly appreciated. When the problematic workload given to employees is raised, management give no solutions except "communicate better", leaving you with the same amount of stress and work to complete. Extremely high turnover of staff. The number of 'goodbye' emails per month is unbelievable. Do not offer equipment to accommodate working from home, many employees work with just a laptop and no screens/keyboards/headsets. This is unusual for such a big company, and also exacerbates the problem of having a heavy workload. Senior management constantly micromanages employees and treats employees like children.
