Pluspunten

After a few years of constant turn over at the executve level, Adlib actually has it right now. WIth the addition of new CEO Chris Huff and CRO Mike Chasteen, the company is on a meteoric trajectory for growth with new focus and sense of urgency. Employee input is welcome at all levels and is a very transparent place to work, no hidden agendas.

- lack of bureaucracy / no politics - 100% remote work - bias toward action & results - culture of teamwork and merit-based recognition - hyper-focus on our differentiated tech and market positioning - clear company strategy - most seem to be on a company bonus plan that’s tied to growth, which incentivizes collaboration & results

Minpunten

- distributed workforce requires a-game from everyone to maintain momentum / progress - stretch ‘company and individual’ goals

The new leadership team has went to great lengths to ensure bureaucracy and politics are removed from the workplace and replaced with open communciation, merit-based hiring and recognition of impact / results. We operate with inherent trust in each Adlibian - that everyone at Adlib takes great pride in the work they do and the impact they have on customers - which translates into high expectations and 'stretch' goals across the board.
