Salary is too high and its a trap.

1. Hire and Fire is very common every year since last 2 to 3years. November and April. 2. Leadership team itself has been changed twice. 3. ERPs are not up to date and lack of knowledge. Lot of mess. 4. Job is always risky. It's like putting family at risk. I had been laidoff in nov 24 and still job less. Struggling. I suggest no one to fall in this kind of trap and no one should suffer like me. Company financials review would give clear picture of the company where it's heading towards. Share price graph openly talks the situation. I have suffered and still suffering. Supported till midnight 2am even the day before layoff.
