I value the mission of the agency and how that aligns with my personal values. The work culture is health and fosters an environment of inclusivity and belonging. Staff are fun to work with as well and a sense of humor is allowed and welcomed! Under leadership, the agency focuses on excellence and expansion and innovation which is exciting to be a part of the experience. In addition, pathways for advancement and education has always been an enticing feature of the company.

Delivery of services that encompasses the full model and wrap around services- individual, groups and family therapy as well as medication management and PRP services. As an agency that works with children and families, more focus needs to be placed on family work as therapists.

The company overall presents well and has a great interest for the clients. Company offers really great resources.

The company itself is not as welcoming as it presents itself to be. As a therapist, supervision is very spotty and inconsistent and very unsupportive. There is not enough support for therapist and interns and within the organization there is a lot of favoritism and unconscious bias toward people of color especially at specific sites that are predominantly white. My experience was not positive and the company did not stand on its tenets. Many therapists are unhappy with the companies benefits and work on a quota system that make things difficult financially. If you are intern or therapist please do not work here, as you will not recieve support and ethics are questionable.
