Pluspunten
Very tight knit culture that is truly employee- and customer-centric. The company is very adaptable allowing the employee to truly feel like they have a say and impact. We were able to do things for customers in this company that you wouldn't even imagine can be done in large organizations resulting in a rewarding experience with competitive pay and knowing that the work being done enables the delivery and ensures safety of life saving drugs and treatments. The organization is very diverse and inclusive, as well as we have extremely intellectual co-workers, managers, and senior level executives. This organization is so refreshing after working for large organizations that move like icebergs, only focus on branding image, and really emphasize revenue generation for investors without any return for the employees or customers.
Minpunten
So far I have not felt many downsides. Some processes are still manual but they are flexible and you have the support of everyone in the organization to move things forward. We are also working on improving automation to relieve that growing pain.
