I work on a variety of label materials and styles for major clients, which has helped me gain deep technical knowledge across different print segments. Team members have each other's back, especially on long runs, so no one is overwhelmed. The company cross-trains employees, which makes them more versatile.

Expectations are high, and the pace during busy periods is quite demanding.

I am a student at Clemson University. This company gave me an opportunity to work for 15 weeks as a paid intern. During my time with Advanced Labelworx I was allowed to work directly with the customers. I was not treated like an intern. Working for this company compared to my first internship was night and day. I did the work and was treated like a full time employee.

The pay for the internship was not as much as other internships offered but the experience was way better than anything I have personally experienced. I was involved in the meetings which sometimes felt intense. It was scary for me at first because I had never worked in a large company before. I quickly learned that work and especially sales is serious and intense.
