Being clinical research, the workload can sometimes be unpredictable, but everyone pitches in to help each other out when it gets pretty busy. Research can be challenging at times, as there is a lot of work that goes into conducting a clinical research study, but it is certainly never boring, so a workday goes by fast.

I loved this job as a college student. They worked with my class schedule and I had an opportunity to get a lot of financial bonuses through the pay structure. They even promoted me to a higher position that aligned with my schooling. Great work environment with great people!

When calling patients you get the rare "mean" patient. It was honestly not that common, but it is to be expected in any position that deals with patients over the phone.
