Pluspunten
Pay was decent, the preop post op nurses were all very educated. I felt like the surgeons did a great deal to show appreciation for staff.
Minpunten
Unorganized, unprofessional, unpredictable. The paper charting was always inconsistent, patients felt like numbers and if you were found socializing too much with your patient it was frowned upon. The management is simply a HOT MESS. I can’t count the amount of times I was lied to or avoided. For such a small clinic, the failure to maintain their staff speaks to the importance of effective leadership. It’s sad. I probably would have worked at this place forever. Absolutely love the type of patients and procedures offered here!
