They gave fake promises to their employees, ATG management hires the employee promising him/ her the world then they get rid of him/ her easy. There is no work security if an individual works for ATG. ATG doesn’t offer a competitive salary, appraisal, severance amount/ or closure procedure. Nothing was followed legally. Personal relationship based management. You get promoted or fired based on management emotions.

Nobody followed professional ethics.HR never turned up to office and thinks herself as the boss. Literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. irresponsible leadership, who spent more money on travel than employee development, a big story teller and non-performer.
