Really the only good things about this company is that if you are at the right site you have as much over time you want to work as you want! There isn't really any other up side to this company at all!!!

During the interview process before I hired on they stated "They are very high on career development" I've worked there for 3 years and about every 3 or 4 months I was asking for a training that I feel would be very beneficial to the customer and they they keep leading me on stating next quarter , next quarter so I gave up on that. Secondly your site supervisors and managers do not care about what really is going on or the truth either. All they care about is coming in under budget so they can get there bonus. When it comes to yearly reviews, I've done and met all requirements that ATS and the customer ask of me as well as obtaining my BS and masters degree and my site supervisor refused to give me a raise and came up with trash reasons why, for example he would say I didn't check or email him enough through the year? They do not stick up for the employees at all. They automatically place all the blame on their employees with out doing any REAL investigation first. This is not a place to go if your looking for a company that you can trust and see your self for a long period of time. Stay clear of this organization. They are very two-faced and unrewarding.

Great time to sell into the manufacturing sector related to productivity and equipment reliability.

Operational driven company but constantly changing the sales org and strategy. "Leaders" that have no background in business development or revenue generation responsible for sales strategy. Wasn't uncommon to report to a new leader or move sales territories multiple times in a year but quota never changed. Top performers are expected to do and sell more but additional financial upside was out of the question. A select group of legacy employees and "leaders" made decisions in a bubble in most cases. I was a top performer during my entire tenure at ATS. I agreed to work out a two week notice to help transition my accounts but was terminated after three days. No one in middle management, director, or exec-level roles asked for feedback or even made the time to send an email wishing me well or thanking me for my contributions during my five years with the company. In fact, my health insurance was terminated with no warning before I left the last day. My contributions and sacrifices for ATS meant so little to the company that they didn't care that my two small children wouldn't have insurance for over a month when I tried to leave the right way.
