Pluspunten
Some of the corporate managers are very good. All of the people you meet at corporate are great, friendly. They offer a pretty amazing training program for technicians to advance and actually take safety policy seriously. Recruiting is rather up front with hiring terms and willing to work with you.
Minpunten
Site managers seem to be seen however their immediate manager portrays them at corporate, and if that person is not able to handle their job well, the scapegoat ends up being the person not at corporate to defend themselves. Site managers are expected to do whatever it takes to keep a client happy, even if the demands are outside the scope of a contract and can expand duties beyond what one person can handle. While not nearly as bad as some corporate environments, there is still a "good ole boys" club in management, and if you are not on the inside, your career is likely to suffer.
