- Experienced major growth in my career but it was more of an exceptional experience than a standard one

- Heavily top-down culture
- Not the most structured so doesn’t always follow best industry practices for marketing
- Company prioritizes product teams and sales teams, marketing’s value isn’t very recognized although that’s not necessarily unique to this company
- Not very diverse if that’s what you’re looking for
