Minpunten
* Every second is like walking on thin ice. Managers are always playing the blame game and are quick to assume. You will be penalized in some way despite any wrongdoing and justification. Excessive micromanagement * Managers are yes men. They do not form opinions of their own and will submit to anything they are told to do, being more of a messenger rather than a manager. Favoritism is common here * Frequent yelling and lecturing throughout the office from all levels of authority, creating a culture of fear * Unprofessional behavior from both managers and individual contributors. Frequent belittling, gossiping, rumor spreading, and bad mouthing about others’ personal lives, working style, and performance. A trust no one environment * No investment in resources and software that can boost productivity and efficiency across all channels. We rely heavily only on outlook making workflows inconsistent and disorganized. We share licenses for software and often resort to signing up for free trials in order to get work done * Forced use of PTO and unpaid leave when systems were down due to a cyberattack * No safe space to express concerns regarding issues in the office such as reporting wrongdoings, conflicts with other employees, etc. No programs offered from HR (which was basically nonexistent and unresponsive at the time of employment) or any 3rd party organizations * Not much opportunity to grow within the company * Lack of diversity * High turnover. Job listings seem to be taken down and reloaded frequently to seem new, but have actually been open for over a year due to employees constantly quitting
