Pluspunten
When I first began working here, the culture was very positive. It seemed employees were happy. We have a good, positive mission, which is to extend the healing ministry of Christ. However, much has changed in the two years that I have been employed.
Minpunten
Poor communication between leadership and staff. It always seems that staff in every department is left out of the loop in any important matter pertaining to the hospital. Many employees feel stressed out. There is never adequate staffing, which in turns, pressures those who do show up for work, to have to work extra hours and takes away from personal time. In situations such as these, proper recognition is not given. Many employees feel overworked and underpaid.
