      Management lacks professionalism and effective leadership. Poor decision-making and lack of accountability. Communication between teams and leadership is weak. Employee feedback is not taken seriously.

      decent pay, SEEMS like an evolved pleasent company, SEEMS like. they pay to fly you to holiday parties, that kind of old fashioned "were a family" kind of vibe.

      Minpunten

      got laid off, went in one day and BOOM, your gone. "were going in a new direction" and no other communications. thats it. if they can do it to me, an exempt guy, they can do it to anyone. I suspect that is the true nature of AECON. Nice maple syrup canadian veneer, but just another pipe-hittin construction company just like a lot of others.
