Minpunten
-it's a call center culture (in the "pit", way too many times was I told to pick up the phone and call candidates while I was documenting phone call conversions and preparing notes for an upcoming meeting or interview with a candidate) -extremely looonnnngggg days, you have no idea how many 10-12 hour days I was asked to work because the office wasn't meeting our goals. I was asked to work on Saturdays when I didn't meet my weekly goals even after all the long days -no work-life balance, again, they require long days and all your time -you may be put in difficult positions putting candidates in jobs they shouldn't be in only to satisfy the need of your clients and end up having your candidate be fired because "they didn't do what they were supposed to", you have no idea how many times I've told my account manager the feedback my contractor provided me so that they can also improve the clients workplace and my account manager didn't communicate that to the client because they want to make the client happy
