Most Engineers are very nice.

HR, Accounting, any management are awful people. They are snide, rude and will curse at you. The openly talk about you, whether true or false. You will be micromanaged to the minute. The environment is very much like the 1950s, women answer phones, clean and make coffee, men work. This is not the men making it this way. You will be forced to leave whether your work is complete or not, 1 minute overtime is not acceptable. Raises and bonuses are not based on merit, but on whether 1 woman likes you. If not, you get nothing. This is a miserable place to work.

Engineers were great. Benefits were on par with industry.

HR and other department heads are cruel, catty and unworthy of their positions. Made a miserable and volatile working environment. You are told not to "think for yourself."
