Any pay rises are not based on your performance, everyone gets the same, poor performer or strong performer = same percent payrise.
Unless you work in senior management, the bonus is poor. Be lucky to clear £1000.

Career progression can feel highly subjective, as your future seems to depend on a single person's personal opinion. This creates an environment where some can feel intimidated or bullied out of their position with little to no notice.
