Pluspunten
There are a lot of good people working for Affinity Express which made it hard to leave. The benefits are decent and it's a nice office space for the most part.
Minpunten
The upper management team in the US (including the CEO) are all located in New Jersey. They all know each other from working together in the past, and run the operation with regard only to their own advancement. I felt constantly devalued as an employee and an individual, though I worked extremely hard and was well liked by all the customer's I worked with. The operation in India is run poorly and has been for a very long time, but the people at the top there are also 'bulletproof'. They fired an excellent production manager as a scapegoat to cover for their own failures recently after losing a large customer because the design team couldn't do the work they were given without making many errors. Some of the top managers aren't even able to write a email that includes a grammatically correct sentence, yet they are promoted again and again. I've been in high level meetings where one of them incorrectly uses the term "to table" a topic to mean to open it up for discussion. It's unbelievable. They also constantly talk negatively about the people directly under them behind their backs (I'm sure it was done with me too), but act like best friends to their face. All in all, it's a bad place to work at while trying to maintain a happy, healthy attitude.
