Management is an issue for this company, or lack thereof. Work flow is a major issue and in the end you could be sitting there with minimum flat rate files that won't pay much even if you are handling commercial files like myself. US-Reports will tell you to work for other firms, and that's true that in order to make money you need to be with multiple firms. The thing is I found out, other companies pay better than US-Reports...so why work for them in the first place? I read the reviews here before starting with US-Reports. Despite seeing some very poor reviews, I decided I needed to try it out for myself. The poor reviews were very much warranted. This has been the worst company I have ever worked with.

We are sorry that your experience with us was so challenging. Here at US-Reports one of our biggest priorities is providing the best service to our customers. One of the ways we help achieve this goal is by providing our clients with the most equipped employees. A challenge we face regarding this issue is having people work for US-Reports as Independent Contractors and not Employees. Per Government regulations, Independent Contractors are responsible for their own training, benefits, reimbursements, etc. We provide resources for these hurdles, but leave the rest of the mandated responsibilities to the Independent Contractors. One of our initiatives for the next few years is hiring on more full-time employees to help overcome these issues.
