This company is an aberration. The management is extremely unhealthy. Their only goal is to make money and get a nice car. The executives are wasting their life by being obsessed to make money at all costs. Most of the employees are french people working in Switzerland for very low salary. The management don't care if the projects they propose fit your career interests or personnel living condition. No carrer evolution at all. Also the permanent contract they propose is only permanent on paper, they fire you if they don't have any project. They are willing to lie on almost everything to make the company growth. The more the executives see the workers sitting late in the office, the happier they are. It's the full opposite of a modern and caring company. I don't wish anyone to work there. But even if the executives are dishonest, I wish them to realize that they waste their lives with Agap2, and I wish them to work one day for a meaningful company.
