Global company with very dedicated employees. Exposure to numerous sectors. Opportunity to be involved in the energy transition. Great bonuses when the company performs well although the bonus structure was adjusted a few years ago & it’s not as good as it was.
Minpunten
The culture is not what it was 6 - 8 years ago. The restructuring post acquisition has removed many talented people. The teams that remain are even more stretched & under pressure with lack of resourcing. Time will tell whether I Squared & TDR Capital are going to add any value to the business or pull it apart. At the moment it looks like the business has been restructured to sell in the next 24 months, this is certainly the uncertainty that everyone is talking about. Added to this are the ongoing issues with Aggreko’s digitalization of it systems, there are still many issues with the new systems and processes impacting everyone’s day to day jobs. Pre acquisition I would give 5 stars to all areas at Aggreko. Like many I am just not sure anymore about it’s future.
