No Process which makes life easy Friendly Employees (not boss)

Minpunten

There is no growth after senior software engineer level. Organization Removed most of the delivery leads and now it impacted quality of deliverables. Existing senior guys takes this as final destination, most of the came with one major project from a different MNC. 7 years old team leads are not are failing in client communications.

They really find that right candidate for that right role, and if it is is you - you may go to work on Monday as a contractor. Cool company, cool culture - and again laser focused.

Minpunten

It's contracting so there are no guarantees about your future co-workers. But that's contracting. My advice is that if you end up in an odd situation, tell Agilisium sooner rather than later - they can shift you to another place.
