Management is poor and lack genuine leadership traits. Long term planning is sheer lacking. Few old managers are big time rude and wont spare a chance to humiliate you. They hold the grudge and take out during the appraisal. If you are free thinker, use logic & open mind, want to do creative, productive work and make difference, this is not a place and many people may not like you. HR department is overstaffed and for namesake. Just a cost center for the company. They got no stand in the policies. No extra curricular activities, no fun events except for an annual day. Management makes fake promises. Not trust worthy. Big communication gap. If professional growth is your aim, never join Agility. Dated back technologies and old inhouse framework. Most of the old employees who got stuck with this company are now irrelevant to the current market trends. Good employees dont stick with agility. they move out within 1 or max 1.5 years. Very high attrition rate and they have recently closed many projects and threw 200+ people under the bus but all the managers are safe. Nepotism is high and so is the politics. For any grievance raised with the HR, the employee suffers and issues are never addressed. Micro management by continuous system tracking (they install a software). Good employees are further pushed, not valued and goof up people enjoy. No good projects at all. Infact, no new projects. There are very few projects generating any revenue. No hygiene maintained in Cafeteria. People dont even form a basic queue to make purchases. No upskilling the employees. No trainings provide. No certifications are provided from the company's side. There are no employee engagement activities. Weird appraisal cycle. which starts in Jan/ Feb and come in effect around July/ August. There is no 360 degree feedback system. Asking work from home is crime here. COVID changed this.
