Pluspunten
Agility is an excellent company for a number of reasons. First, I find all levels of management approachable, friendly, and ready to hear honest feedback. I think that's essential not only for productivity but also employee satisfaction. Second, the people are all fantastic, and despite being spread across the globe, we maintan great working relationships and even make friends. Interaction between teams is always friendly and collaborative, even when there are competing interests and priorities. Third, overall compensation is fair. Fourth, there is room for growth and experience if you show initiative and are proactive in your work. I could go one, but there are many positives to working at Agility.
Minpunten
While working at Agility is an overwhelmingly positive experience, there is always room for improvement. The only con I can really think of are the lack of social activities. Working remotely is great and I love the flexibility, but it's nice to see the people you work with face-to-face every once in a while and I don't think we have enough socials organized by the company.
