They will work you to death and just ask for more. No regard for employees or their welfare unless your job title ends in manager. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to shut you up temporarily until they find a way to stab you in the back. Have personally seen field mechanics written up or fired because of mistakes made by the shop techs or just due to their equipment being mediocre quality at best to begin with "
