There are some times that just have the wrong people leading them. - Cross-functional collaboration is poor - This could be a con depending on your personality -- very pessimistic + dry/sarcastic humor -- it's a very 'let's be vocal about everything that sucks about xyz' - Management is takes a very top-down approach. No one's opinion matters more than the CEOs regardless of the situation. There's a huge lack of trust in the organization. - CEO is a glorified project manager more so than a leader -- not a bad thing, just depends on your preference.
