The team I interacted with, Abhinav, who initially reached out, Priya and Saira who supported onboarding, and Shifa who handled timesheets, were all professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the onboarding experience was smooth overall. The hiring process itself was straightforward, though fairly average and not particularly differentiated from other agencies.

However, the compensation and benefits offered are significantly below market standards. After evaluating comparable opportunities, it became clear that similar roles through other agencies could offer substantially higher pay, potentially in the range of 50–75% more along with better overall benefits.
