There were employees stuck with minimal to no growth in the company since 10 years or more. 3. Very less to no bonuses. 4. Lack of foresightedness of the top management. 5. The top management does not make any efforts for employee retention. 6. Too much micromanagement by the managers. 7. The managers does not know how to build a team. 8.
