Current CEO has the personality of a boiled turnip. Leadership is out of touch and driven by political cronyism, especially under UCP influence. Decisions are made to serve optics, not outcomes. Millions wasted on executive severance while frontline teams are stretched thin and innovation is ignored. Morale suffers under a culture of fear and favoritism.
