Managers hate their jobs, not enough coverage, no training that applies to the job, not enough pay, treats their workers awfully, managers also do not know how to provide proper instruction or answers to questions, empty promises, overworked often

Not enough hours/pay to pay bills, odd hours makes it almost impossible to work a 2nd job

fairly consistent hours, less in the summer & more during "flu season" (fall/winter). When Pharmacy Tech gets certified to give flu and covid immunizations it results in $2.50 - $5.00 an hour bonus pay.

Minpunten

Employee break room (where we are to have our meal break) ALWAYS VERY SCRUFFY/dirty. I recently learned that the "top pay level" for CPhT's maxes out after 3.5 years. Food & gas prices are NOT maxing out & ALL employees salaries need a cost of living raise yearly to keep up.
