Good pay and benefits. Job was not very difficult to perform. Mechanical background is a plus to those that are interested.

Shift work was difficult to get used to. Not much room for growth in this position.

ITAS OTC Manager has no clue how to manage, encourage development, or plan growth. He was too busy trying to keep his skills up and not actually cultivate newcomers and manage well. I felt alone and not supported by my manager. The environment is not great for newcomers to the company. The team supposedly has so much work, but was able to lay me off after returning to work from health event. Complete and utter joke. They do not honor their core values. Beware of this place.
