Wer gut mit den Führungskräften steht profitiert stets. Relativ hohes Gehalt, das aber schon das 13. Monatsgehalt beinhaltet, Schnelle Beförderungen.

Minpunten

Bei Fehlern entstehen riesige Prozesse, die Monate andauern - dadurch entsteht Angst unter Mitarbeitern und es wird viel vertuscht. Die Produktionsleitung ist sehr inkompetent und viel zu persönlich.

The culture has suffered significantly and there is a lack of support and commitment to the procurement function. The current morale is low with most people strategizing an exit plan.
