Minpunten
For those of you who are success minded AOS will test your metal. Do not expect to come to AOS to be trained to be successful. AOS truly is only concerned about numbers and the people come third. I honestly do not understand how this company stays out of court considering how often they break employment law. For certain if you are a woman- beware. On a weekly basis the owner Gary Alexander will send out a not-so-motivational email- always pushing numbers and in so many words telling his workforce that they suck and should work harder. If you are looking for a stable work environment with a job you can depend on- look else where- at AOS you will constantly worry about your future. Expect your commissions to always be a moving target. The AOS management style is a 1950 model of fear and belittlement. If you screw up expect to be publicly flogged. If you leave the company under less than good graces expect the owner- Gary Alexander- to do everything he can to "dirty" your reputation, and future. If your are coming to AOS in a management position- you have already demonstrated that you are like minded in your management style and aggressive with sales. Beware, there is a bus with your name on it and you will be thrown under it in order to save management face. Support, guidance, mentoring, training - all concepts beyond the current archaic management style. AOS is currently for sale- all management decisions and cuts are performed in order to lure in a buyer- Currently AOS seems overly concerned with the EBITDA.
