      -no respect from most of the men in the company - no work life balance - no sick time as they get mad when you stay home sick - Flexible PTO (not flexible) - toxic environment (exposed to a lot of negative attitude) - not a team environment -high stress - unrealistic expectations

      Alexander's has fantastic customer service and products. Jeff Alexander is a good man who wants to provide excellent service to his customers, and for the most part the company does. Quality is of extreme importance, which makes it easy to talk to people and always have confidence that they will get a great product if they buy from you. Lunch program for employees provides a catered lunch 4 days per week for a very small daily cost to employees. Great parties for employees and customers.
