Absolutely none. If they market any pros - such as "Unlimited PTO", it's their way of saying, you're not going to paid for any vacation time when you cease employment. Let's get down to the brass tacks in the cons section.

Now a 2-year-old company, C-Suite executives had to be hounded for health insurance and 401k options that were previously promised at the time of hiring. Management and C-Suite executive are often skirting regulatory compliance laws, and will continue to do so until caught. Let's move to another glaring issue: Alias Intelligence handles private and confidential information without the proper licensing. A common license search in the state California Public information states the entity does not hold a investigator license. Former employees had already noted this, but the salaried positions offered do not allow overtime pay. So executives can work you for more than 60 hours a week, and you would be only compensated for your base 40 hours. Former employees took note of this and began setting log-on/log-off boundaries. C-Suite executive punished employees by terminating them, verbally abusing them, and comparing U.S. employees to their WFH Workshop based in the Philippines. Basically, take everything they've learned from the employees in the US, fire them, and over work the foreign team for much less. In the Philippines, the company is allowed to pay foreign investigators peanuts, not offer any benefits, and trust them with YOUR confidential information. Money Management: You would think individuals in the C-Suite would understand the concept of money management, especially the time they've spent in the industry. That was not the case. The company onboarded employees en masse and upon realizing they didn't have enough money and business, began to cut employees by the 10s of 15s, citing their roles were no longer needed. Furthermore, a pay cut of 15% was issued to all base employees, on already low-balled salaries. Let's just say the higher paid staff, usually didn't know what they're doing aside from tossing off work to another staff member. Please think twice before hiring this company - as well as interacting with this company as a potential employer.

Growing, positive, humble, collaborative, communicative, open to ideas, flexible to try things, willing to invest, etc. One of the best places I've worked.

Minpunten

No one is perfect; there's always room for improvement. Org is evolving and growing into new areas.

Pluspunten

Alias provides a ton of autonomy across all levels of the org. I am encouraged to see innovation and new ideas come from any department at any level. People who are innovative, flexible, and self starters thrive here. I have been able to help out with many projects outside of my job description which has been fun to see other parts of the business. Very determined sales organization, client obsessed, and constantly trying to improve and do better.

Minpunten

Hours can be long sometimes. We are a younger company so still need some SOPs and standardization. Very common for a startup and feels like we are making the right moves here. Some are in office, some are remote. Depends what flavor you like there.
