Leadership is shockingly incompetent, offering no path for growth or stability. Job security is practically nonexistent, and the expectations placed on employees are outrageous. Hard work is ignored, while leadership keeps making one disastrous decision after another. Talented people are carelessly laid off for no valid reason, leaving everyone else drowning in impossible workloads. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
