Very toxic environment fostered by C-suite. They are very eager to throw people under the bus just to save themselves in the eyes of the board...absolutely terrible leadership, if you can even call it that. You gossip and badmouth other staff and departments among yourselves and your staff. We know exactly what you are saying about us because we talk to each other!
