Pluspunten
There are some great perks. They do a 4 day work week in the summer, generally a pretty fun bunch of people to work with and all my colleagues are definitely very nice to work with and are all very understanding as well.
Minpunten
The management. My team was merged with another team and the definition of my role became more or less nothing. My immediate manager afterwards was, to be honest, just a puppet. He seemed rather out of touch with what the team was doing, the work I was being assigned kept pushing me away from the team, and he literally just did as he was told - no ingenuity whatsoever. The upper management was only worse. Their logic to how decisions were made regarding products left no room for maintenance and a constant push to deliver, deliver, deliver which led to code that ended up requiring over 1 year to refactor.
