THERE IS NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON OF COLOR. NOT ONE. in a couple that employs over 50, not one. That is weird in 2020. Why don’t you value other cultures. This company is ONLY begging only for Mexican descent or Spanish speakers on every job search you can think of. If you look at their office picture on the website, you will notice there is absolutely not one person of color in the office. The only people of color are those doing manual labor in the warehouse. And these workers primarily speak Spanish. Quite odd that such a “cool” trendy company wouldn’t have people from all walks off life marketing their products or having a voice in the office. What kind of representation is this. There is no diversity so if you are a person of color get ready to be toggled along for a prejudice ride. They may entertain you if they think your Spanish but no value. if you do speak Spanish, good news... they only want you for phone work so they can use you to interact with warehouse. Again no value
