Pluspunten
1. Attractive fixed pay — salary is above industry average for many roles. 2. Very lucrative incentive structure on paper — if you hit targets, the payout is substantial.
Minpunten
One of the most toxic organisations I’ve experienced — especially in the South East Asia/India setup. Let’s start with the leadership disaster: The foreign leader overseeing India has no understanding of the local market dynamics, customer behaviour, or ground-level challenges. Yet, everything is dictated with a “my way or the highway” mindset, making strategic alignment nearly impossible. Unrealistic sales targets are pushed without logic, support, or alignment to market reality. And when teams don’t meet them — which is often — the leadership response is more pressure, and threats. Job security? It’s a joke here. One bad quarter and you’re on a watchlist. Employees are expected to be available 24x7 and on weekend too, constant WhatsApp pings — with zero regard for work-life balance. Saying no isn’t an option; burnout is normalised. There’s no culture of empathy, mentorship, or career development. It’s all about short-term numbers and survival. If you’re not a “yes person,” you’re labelled “difficult” and pushed out. Final verdict: Avoid this place if you value your mental health, or even basic human dignity at work.
