The Territory Manager role is incredibly demanding and often overwhelming. You’re expected to wear multiple hats—trainer, customer service rep, sales consultant, account manager, event planner, CE recruiter, demo coordinator, and even assist with 3rd party recruitment and contract management. The workload is constant and there is truly no end to the day. There is little to no work-life balance, and taking time off only results in coming back to an overwhelming backlog of tasks. While the role is rewarding in terms of relationship building and impact, the expectations and scope of responsibilities are simply too broad for long-term sustainability without greater support.
