Putting aside the absolute lack of direction and purpose coming from the company leaders, I have never experienced such a toxic work environment. From glorified administrators that have no inkling at all about researching, developing, and releasing web and mobile applications, to senior leaders that have egos so big they can barely fit in their top-floor corner office, this company has no redemptive qualities. Expect to work long hours building valuable and sorely needed applications, just to have to spend hours each day explaining the minutia of software development to borderline psychopathic stakeholders.
