Unfortunately it’s a very small company and every employee is required to wear multiple hats. If you specialize in one thing this might not be the place for you. Good if you want experience helping in different departments. No HR department or way to file complaints which can get in the way a lot due to awkward office politics.

The company doesn't have an HR department so anything that you experience will simply be disregarded. Businesses are most successful when employees are treated well, unfortunately this was not the case for many. There was constant employee turnover due to poor leadership and inappropriate interactions within management.
