      zero alignment to their business certification and message. management is clearly misaligned with each other and not able to lead the organization. no accountability among them. Junior roles are very expandable to them.

      The entire Singapore office was made redundant in 2025, due to HQ's belief that Asia isn't making money. All sales and operations handled in Europe now. Feel sad for the customers who believed in the company, wonder how they get support or timely responses to requests when they have to wait for Europe to come online (about 6 hours behind Singapore). All that is left is a service office address.
