The firm has a great reputation in the industry. The client delivery people are very good. Good place to start your career in restructuring.

Minpunten

There is very little room for advancement beyond the director level and there are a lot of director level employees. Interim management opportunities primarily go to managing directors.

- Compensation is good - Higher fees typically mean you're doing more high level work (i.e., not long boring implementations) - In P&T you don't have to live near an office, just near an airport - For the most part, weekends are respected - For the most part, everyone at the firm is smart and hardworking, the few exceptions typically get weeded out eventually

Minpunten

- High degree of variability in travel, weekend work, etc. across the firm - you need to find the good managers to work for - Like all consulting, when work gets busy your personal life is expected to take a back seat
