Freedom to try different things and a nice office but ultimately the cons outweigh the pros.

Minpunten

Upper management doesn't communicate and don't understand how to cultivate and maintain relationships. There is straight up nepotism which seems to be rampant among the executives. Awful work environment.

If you aren't proactive, you won't get a lot of attention and might just be sitting around some times
